changes for mxd test for CI #2

Improve the MXD Test

  1. updated the run-terraform to add the test using newman
  2. added the test collection json with updated controlplane for BOB and Alice

Api Added for testing.

  1. Create an Asset
  2. Create an Policy
  3. Create an Contract Def
  4. Get all the policy
  5. Get all the Assests
  6. Query catalog for Alice to BOB
  7. Query catalog for BOB to Alice
