Get Started with the SAP BTP Command Line Interface (btp CLI) #645

In step 4, i had to download the btp cli. when I tried to login using the btp login, i got the below error; my client is too new. There is no previous version available on the SAP development tools page

Your client (2.10.0) is too new and not supported by the configured server (2.9.0). Please download a client version 2.9.x from: https://tools.hana.ondemand.com/#cloud-btpcli

Could not log in to CLI server.

If the problem persists, contact support at component 'BC-CP-TOOLS-CLI'.

Hey David, we're working on this, but for the time being, please install client version 2.8 from SAP Development Tools page. When logging in with version 2.8, you may get an error about the config file. Please just delete the config.json from the location given in the error message. Sorry for the inconvenience!
