Set Up Integration Suite Trial #682

The last step (step 5) of the Tutorial 1 "Verify the activated capabilities" failed with an error message stating that:

"You don't have sufficient permissions to access Cloud Integration. Please assign the required Cloud Integration-specific roles to the relevant user or contact your tenant administrator. Follow the help guide to complete the setup. Then, logout and login to Cloud Integration again."

There were no instructions whatsoever what to do at that point. So, I am basically stuck and am unable to proceed with Tutorial 2.

Hello @bgerges, Were you able to see the expected outcome at the end of step 4? If yes, I recommend you to log out of Cloud Integration service and log in again (or alternatively try clearing the cache). Feel free to reopen the issue if it still persists.

Hi Karuna,

Yes, it did work. However, for some reason, my session times out every 10 min. or so while I am in the middle of configuring a scenario (not 10 min. or idle time, 10 min period). Every time the session ends, I have to go through the same routine, restart my browser, clear the cache, login again then work again for another 10 minutes. I tried both Chrome and Edge and got the same result. It seems to be an issue with my account.
