Create Service Instance for Service Ticket Intelligence

Hi experts!!

I've read that it will not be possible to create new sub-accounts for Europe. Is there any roadmap to include the services that are only available for Europe? (such as Service Ticket Intelligence)

Hi Santiago,

Yes, you're correct. Service Ticket Intelligence is right now not available on Trial to new users that don't already have subaccounts with Europe (Frankfurt) as region. We plan to make the service available in US East (VA) from October 31st. The tutorials will then be updated accordingly. Just FYI, this is also the plan for the following machine learning services:

• Business Entity Recognition
• Data Attribute Recommendation
• Document Classification
• Invoice Object Recommendation Document Information Extraction is already available on US East (VA) Trial.
