Build and Deploy Your SAP Fiori App to SAP Business Technology Platform #23068

I have built and deployed my MTA and its now visible in my HTML5 App Repo in the Cockpit.

However when I try to open the application I am prompted for a username and password (This site is asking you to login).

I have tried my SAP BTP credentials and they don't work - I'm not sure what this is authenticating against or how to get past it.

Just to add to this.

I have deployed the application into my Trial account, ES5 is a registered destination and I know my username and password for ES5 and have checked it using https://sapes5.sapdevcenter.com/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?sap-client=002&sap-language=EN#. However after trying to login on that form a few times with the correct credentials, eventually my ES5 account check at the link above fails due to too many login attempts and I reset the password and start over.

I followed guidance provided in the issue below which appeared to have a similar problem:
