This PR updates the tutorial to use the Vite template instead of the deprecated create-react-app template. Since this template uses TypeScript per default, the tutorial was also updated to use TypeScript.
Noticeable changes:
All files are now ts files
use React 18 syntax (@ui5/webcomponents-react is still compatible for React versions 16.14.0 and newer)
Replace images, as the default theme is now sap_horizon instead of sap_fiori_3
