Context

The tutorials Extensibility, Type-Safe Expand, and Dependency Injection with the Virtual Data Model for OData and Secure Your Application on SAP Business Technology Platform Cloud Foundry have been updated to use the latest version of the Cloud SDK with it's associated code changes.

Those changes have been previously applied and reviewed in the QA repo.

For reviewers

.gitignore excludes rule.vr files used for the quiz questions, I added them in anyway, please let me know if this was an error.
