Service name is not in the value help list #23444

Tutorial link - https://developers.sap.com/mission.cp-starter-extensions-abap.html Creating IAM App - Step 8 https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/abap-environment-deploy-cf-production.html, I could not find the service name from the value help list even though it is created successfully. Please see the attached screen shot to get clearer picture.
