Create Your First App on Cloud Foundry - Routes

Problem Discription The tutorial implies that a usable URL is automatically created for the sample app. However, for me only an internal app route (apps.internal) was created. I had to manually create a route in the corresponding space and map the app to it to get an exposed URL (hana.ondemand.com).

Proposed Solution Add explanation to tutorial.
