Create Service Instance for Document Information Extraction #4897

Please specify the step you are referring to

In Step 3 "Step 3: Access your space", I do not see a "dev" space in my trial account. I can create it but at first it was missing.

Hi Daniel,

As you can see in https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/hcp-create-trial-account.html (Step 7: Navigate to the Cloud Foundry space): "The global trial account contains one subaccount and space. Navigate to subaccount by clicking on the tile named trial (this name may vary if you created the subaccount manually). To get to the space, in which your applications and services live, click on the dev space." Therefore you get both a subaccount and a space automatically when you create a trial account. Hasn't this happened to you?

I think there was a problem when my space was created, maybe this is a random problem which just happened to me

There was another colleague that reported she was not able to create a service instance for Document Information Extraction Friday last week. The "New Instance" button was simply not there for her. I hope the issues are really random and have already been fixed.

I guess we can close this issue and reopen it if other have the problem again
