The order just needs to be changed, based on the steps currently numbered it would be as below, essentially the current step 8 and 9 need moving to being in the 3rd and 4th:

1 2 8 9 3 4 5 6 7

Also for STEP 2, replace this text:

Azure Active Directory has templates for a variety of applications, one of them is the SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authentication Service. Search for this and select it.

with this:

Azure Active Directory has templates for a variety of applications, one of them is the SAP Cloud Identity Services. Search for this and select it.
