Question 1 : Upon selecting the correct answer combination the system does not accept it as the correct answer. this doesnt seem quite right..

In rest of the questions system doesnt allow me to select answers. it seems to be non editable.

Confirmed that correctly answering the 4 questions in this tutorial is problematic. Assistance to rectify this is greatly appreciated!
