DUMP (minus 3 confidentials properties) #625

After #482,

And befor to open to the public our respository : https://github.com/sapa/performing-arts-ch-dump

We have to delete to values from confiendtials properties in the DUMP :

Added properties and re-running Backup (need to check again whencompletet)

Dear @tfrancart could check the new DUMP ? We have choice to delete some confidentials Fields.

I still need to iron out some kinks in the backup script, which might also be causing the issues we encounter with disk space.

Tabling this as we need to re-instantiate the dump mechanism at a later stage

For the rest of 2024, we need just one DUMP ready. The last one was good. If we don't have it anymore on https://github.com/sapa/performing-arts-ch-dump we can always ask Thomas if he have one more copy.
