Steps:

Fork the app into your own GitHub account. Go to your repo Settings / Pages tab / and deploy from the main branch / docs folder. Update the "About" section of your GitHub repo to use your Pages URL.

The app has been forked to my github account. I have deployed the page and updated my about section.
