NAT source list entries deleted via CLI or netconf legacy are not reflected in yang calls and deleted entries are still returned via API. This may be related to exists similar issues, reported fixed in upcoming iOS XE releases.
Known issue, described by @einarnn caused by sync issues with netconf legacy. Switching to using plain SSH commands via netmiko ensures iOS sync after config session ends
