[Supernova] Unit tests for zustand store #388

Much of the business logic for Supernova is encoded in the actions of the zustand store rather than in the views themselves. This way we can test a good chunk of the business logic in unit tests.

[ ] unit tests for silences slice
[ ] unit tests for globals slice
