[Greenhouse] Add footer to Greenhouse layout #412

The Greenhouse layout is missing our footer. The footer should behave like the footer in a standalone app, i.e. be sticky on the bottom if there isn't enough content to fill the page vertically and stick to the bottom of the content if there's more content than available space.
