Play with 11ty static site generator.

[ ] publish a test site with github actions as github pages
[ ] check how easy it would be for us to work with it
- [ ] theming
- [ ] create own "shortcodes"
- [ ] fancy landing page with lots more styling and less text
- [ ] ease of editing content pages for non-devs
- [ ] news/blog feature (and how easy to use for non-devs)
- [ ] could we create something similar to the hugo templater for this?
