[ci] Check how we can leverage the new base image stuff Stefan presented. #529

Also consider changing to distroless base image: https://github.com/GoogleContainerTools/distroless/tree/main/nodejs Though Sandro was of the opinion that it doesn't help in terms of vulnerabilities because it still has dependencies to libc, libssl, etc.
