[greenhouse-mgmt] Ensure unmounting of plugIns and reading of URL #534

fixes #522 #521 #532 and Navigation

522 useURLState is executed after logged in.

532 Tabs now unmount even if unmounting is trigged before mounting is done. (greenhouse + greenhouse-mgmt)

Fix 3: Navigation items are now reacting to state changes not triggered by themselves.
