[Juno] Fix licenses - there's a mix of MIT and Apache 2.0 in the repo. It should all be Apache 2.0 #548

It looks like this problem was introduced because we erroneously added the MIT license to the template app from which all other apps are spawned. Need to update the LICENSE file and the license entry in package.json
