[supernova] [EOV] Silences list (list all silences, filter and search for silences, remove silences)

My design desicions:

[x] Tab switch between silences und alerts
[x] Listview of silences with good overview of the most important information
[x] Detailview of all informations
[x] select between active, pending and expired alerts
[x] use a searchbar with regex
[x] hover and activate color of list items
[x] close detail on click
[x] Ablility to send deeplinks to silences with filter, regex, details
[x] expire active silences in DetailView
? expire active silences in ListView
[x] eventl. say its not possible to undo expire when click yes
[x] Show success msg from del silence
[x] Show error msg
[x] Endless scroll list
[ ] Filter-API calls
[ ] First just load active silences
[ ] Reload proactivly or even watch changes of silences
[ ] loading in detailview after clicking on deepling should be simelar to supernova
[x] "active" "pending" stings should be constant
[ ] Backward navigation should be testet Base64 could stop it
[x] response.text should be allowed next to response.json
[x] nginx ingress should be adapted to send the right CORS Header to allow expiring without browser plugin
[ ] find the right UX to nav between alerts and silences
