Existing members monitor status reset to unknown when new pool member is added #239

This appears to be an AS3 bug, or an "undesired" feature.

The reason unknown operational status is problematic in certain configuration is described in issue #238

This was accepted by F5 as AS3 idempotency bug and will be fixed in the AS3 version 3.49. I have received a dev release of this version, tested the fix in qa-de-1 and confirm the issue is indeed fixed. The ETA for full release of AS3 3.49 is mid-December 2023

AS3 v3.49 released, currently running in qa-de-1 and qa-de-2, pending prod deployment.

AS3 3.50.2 rolled out globally but new bug discovered, rolled back on several device pairs in eu-de-1 and eu-de-2. Investigation on-going.
