Supernova template "VMware maintenance - Master Template vCenter Upgrade" should combine templates "VMware maintenance - OpenstackVcenterApiDown" and "VMware maintenance - VCClusterDRSNotFullyAutomated".

In addition to the fields region and vccluster we also need check for the vcentervc... from "OpenstackVcenterApiDown".
