fix: Add more exclude examples #75

The reason to this PR and suggestion is that it took me a while to figure out how to override a rule under "single word" and thought that it could be of interest for more.

Excluding

  ["bug[- ]fix(es)?", "bugfix$1"],

can be done simply with the first part

  "bug[- ]fix(es)?",
