This PR fixes wrong artifact in the generated template.yml while using indivually:true in serverless.yml and also respects per function runtime

hey @byteSamurai, Can we add a test for this? We can re-use the integration test mechanism I have if there's a sample serverless app that uses the individual flag.

We already merged #25. Is that enough to close this?
