Functions to include in the level 2 workflow

Functions to be created or included in the Level 2 workflow

• [ ] qc_rad_conversion (already created)
• [ ] qc_ext_radiation (already created)
• [ ] lvl2_outliers_det (to be created) Function for detecting and correcting outliers
• [ ] lvl2_ranges (to be created) Function for establishing and checking physiologycal/climatic/phyisical ranges for data checking.
• [ ] lvl2_workflow_functions (to be created). Functions set to move data from level 1 to level 2 and for setting the correct status in the yaml file.
