I have windows XP, I have the same problem here as well. TouchFreeze for
windows does
not have the timing options as it does for Ubuntu.

Eventually Dell issued an update for the drivers on my touch pad on my computer
and it
started working again. I have abandoned trying to get TouchFreeze to work.
