Could you please describe what problems do you have with TouchFreeze on Windows
Vista
and Windows 7?

I have Vista and suddenly I'm having all sorts of problems with my laptop.
I've had
TouchFreeze installed for a year with no problems - but yesterday it seems to
have
lost all its power. I just installed your latest version, hopefully it will
help.
Thanks for putting this application out, I have an Acer Aspire and the touchpad
is
AWFUL, this is the only thing that has helped!

I've just tested TouchFreeze 1.0.3 on Windows 7 32-bit. It's working fine.
Closing
this issue.

similar -- I run Vista Business on a Sony TT190 Laptop (a full service laptop
the
size of a net book) and Touchfreeze does not disable the touchpad when I type.
I am
willing to donate, but would like to see a working version for Vista, as I love
my
laptop, bbut find the cursor moves when I acccidently hit it when typing.
Running
32bit, with Service Pack 2 of Vista. email me at synergycons98116 at gmail dot
com
if one is released.

Bump, The program worked with windows 7 64bit. I got mine pre-release (but
legit)
recently there was an update or something that stopped it from working.

It does work in win 7 64 bit if you install it while you are under a standard
account (using UAC) and work under that specific account. Otherwise, if you
install it under admin it will disappear - as if you never used it.

this project hasnt seen a release since 2007, 1.0.2 was the last release, he
uses 1.0.3 as a reference when he says he doesnt have an issue, since its not
public and isnt using what has been public, consider this project DEAD

TouchPad Pal: http://tpp.desofto.com/

I have carpal and am a mediocre typist. My cursor jumps all over the text while
typing. I have used TouchFreeze previously in W7 and XP; it works fine for
awhile, then I have to reinstall and it works again for awhile.
I am now using a Dell D410 running W7 Enterprise, (x32). I just reinstalled and
am getting cursor jumps again, although not while typing this note. I have the
Alps pad and am using the stock Dell driver.
I should probably refer to this issue as 'intermittent cursor issues even while
using TouchFreeze, because that is how it has been.
Maybe I'll try TouchPad Pal from the above post.

I am using Windows 7x64 on a Toshiba laptop and I'm having a horrible time with
my cursor jumping all over creation. Out of desperation I wrote to "World
Start" online newsletter, and upon their suggestion I downloaded and installed
your program. I was totally thrilled with the results for about two weeks. I
am in a computer club and told everyone about this fabulous program and a
number of people expressed similar problems and they too were going to download
this program. Now I have egg on my face as my cursor is again jumping all
over. Help!!

Anything newer? I have been installing Touchfreeze which worked for a while
then stopped working. I uninstalled and re-installed and again it worked for a
while. Now it's not working at all. I have an Acer with Windows 7 x64. Very
frustrated. Not your fault - I was very excited to see it work for a while
though. I am going to re-install it one last time.
