how to uninstall this app?
how to know the version?
I just have a prefpane file

Hello, sorry for the late response. To uninstall the app use provided 
Uninstall.command script (inside a dmg image). 

For now, the only way to know the app version is to execute following command 
in Terminal.app:
kextstat|grep nosleep

Expect output like this:
  106    0 0xffffff7f808aa000 0x3000     0x3000     com.protech.nosleep (1.2.1) <4 3>
This means, that I have nosleep 1.2.1 running.

In addition to perfPane 
(/Library/PreferencePanes/nosleep-preferences.prefPane), the installer provides:
Utility app: /Library/Application Support/nosleep/NoSleepHelper.app
kext module: /System/Library/Extensions/nosleep.kext
