Change wording to reflect different types of community events

There are different community event types possible, e.g. Inside Tracks and Code Retreats - to reflect that it would be nice to reflect that in the UI's wording:

Title bar "SAP Inside Track Participants" to "SAP Community Events Participants"
"Location" in participant table to either event name or add event type:
"Event" with name entries "SIT Munich", "ABAP Code Retreat Frankfurt", "sitFRA",..
separate "Event Type" column and data attribute - possible entries: "SAP Inside Track", "ABAP Code Retreat", "InnoJam", "CodeJam",..

Is the List of Event Types customizable? UI5con is missing at the moment in the drop down on the dev system.

The default values that are shipped for the install can maintained in https://github.com/sapmentors/SITreg/blob/master/data/EventType.csv. Feel free to add it.
