Warning to participant setting RSVP from Yes to No that RegistrationTime is updated #18

The handling of waiting list is implemented in a way that when the participant changes the RSVP from Yes to No the RegistrationTime is updated to the current timestamp. We should inform the participant about that. When there is a waiting list already the participant is last in the queue.
