Add event to my Calendar #20

Would be nice to generate an ics file (that includes a hyperlink to the event) for particpants to choose to save into their Calendar.

Initially created by @Cao-Jason as Add event to my Calendar in Organizer project. Would think it's OK to have it only in the Participant app.

I think an issue can be closed.

Unfortunately the timezone isn't correct (cloud be caused how the data is stored by SITregOrganizer) and German Umlauts are not shown correctly in Mac OS Calendar App:
