Add "SAP TechEd / SAPPHIRE Attendee List" self-registration functionality #18

Given the "painful experience" with the current registration process for SAP TechEd in SAP Jam, maybe we should think about putting this process in the Lemonaid app

Most of the data we need to fill in for this registration is already maintained in the app, we only need additional fields for event, location, ticket needed, etc as well as a mechanism for people like Kati & Mariza to enable / disable the mentor self-registration for these events

What also would be very cool to have the private-mentor meetings available. don't want to open an new issue on that, because it needs a bit more timeinvest and has also the above mechanism for maintaining the meetups.
