Interesting finding

The defined number of samples per pixel during optimization seems to make a lot of difference for the eta value optimization.

Ticket #4 may become extremely relevant for accurate optimizations.

The implementation brings the following functionality:

• If the user loads a custom reference image, then the user must select at least one scene parameter for the optimization. Only the selected (checked) scene parameters will be used during the optimization process.
• No changes are necessary for the default reference image case.
