Anaconda for pyflct package on Windows? #3

@sapols, on Windows this package only installed via Anaconda. I was battling with pip install for a while, and I don't have a solution yet. This leads to my question. Is Anaconda a requirement for PyHC? I can try to dig more to find a solution, because I don't what to give up on pip install.

@xandrd, Anaconda is not a requirement for PyHC, no. We encourage packages to publish in both pip and conda, but neither is a requirement.
