Add feature to ignore mouse interaction #47

Some people reported that when in dungeon they clicks or drags the program by accident. Generally, people rarely changes the position of the program after initial setting, the button or feature to ignore the mouse interaction would be good.

Seems that click-through and ignore interaction is not the same issue.
