[i18n] Do you need English/Japanese/... language UI? #53

Until now, the translator enginge supports multi language but UI language is only in Korean since I thought only Korean will use this program. But if you foreigners want to use this program in your language, I can add feature to change the UI language.

Please tell me freely.
