Fix false fake angle detections on certain jb maps

The sumo minigame on this map is causing false fake angle detections.

I have another map that causes false fake angle detections, "trade_minecraft_neon_v196" is the name of the map. I've had a lot of trustworthy regulars get banned and I'm not sure what exactly on the map causes it, but whenever their angles are like this when they get banned, it's false:

This will be such a pain to figure out, I would love someone to PR something to fix this, in the meantime @pyro1g @underscoreFREDO if you could reliably replicate these and produce a video for me it'd be appreciated
