Feat request: cvar toggle to either kick or ban windows_speaker_config = 8 #192

I was about to pull requets this but was unsure on how to proceed since the decision to kick users with windows_speaker_config = 8 is under the "ban for misccheats" cvar, so I wasn't sure of changing the KickClient to BanClient, or to create a specific convar for this

cvar no longer exists afaik
