Payroll, Attendance Modules and API?

Hey there, I was going through your demo and was quite impressed with what you guys have done :+1:

It indeed looks powerful and one stop solution for HR Management. However, It doesn't seem to have Payroll or Attendance modules? Does it have these features in demo or in the actual product (am i missing something?) or on the roadmap?

And some of the modules i see are not available in Demo, Does that mean it's still under construction or would be a premium feature?

And Finally, Is there any plans to have an API (Like WordPress) so we can build our own plugins/themes?

Thank you!!! We have a clear roadmap for the next phase. We are including Time management,Attendance, mobile app and Payroll. However, payroll is tentative.

Which modules are you unable to see in the demo? Please specify. All the modules, which were mentioned are part of the demo and the actual product (which can be downloaded)

As of now, we don't have API for the next phase, but, will consider your request.

Is your Roadmap available online?

You should probably publish it under wiki section (Roadmap) as well as add a contributing section which would have some clear guidelines on how one can contribute to the project, Coding Style, Minimum requirements for Installation, Complete installation Instructions (I know it's available on your site but it would be helpful for developers if it's within the Repo or maybe even link it) and other guidelines for one to get started and to contribute to this project.

As far as the modules are concerned, I'm talking about this manage modules section in your demo which shows couple of other modules as not available (They're planned for next phase is what i assume from your response above?).

And you guys don't seem to be using any package manager/front-end tools? Composer to be more specific for PHP Packages, Gulp or Grunt with Bower for Front-End & other tools to manage dependencies and build process.

The Roadmap isn’t available online as of now. We will post the updates on the same when it’s up and ready.

The installation process is indeed added in the site but, we will consider your request to add it to Repo as well.

For further guidance to get started, we have included a tour for logged in users which describes the purpose of each module and a user guide specifying all the major functionalities that are frequently used throughout the site.

Concerning the modules, yes, the disabled modules aren’t available for this phase. And, we haven’t used any package manager/front-end tools.

I have installed sentrifugo on my laptop and i have added a new user. But how do i can login to the sentrifugo with the new user registered? Because i cannot see the password of new user just registered. Please help me to solve this problem. Thank you!

Password is system generated and will be sent to the email address provided while adding the employee to Sentrifugo. So, please provide a valid email address.

Thanks for the information, We already have inputted the valid email for employee we have registered, but there is no confirmation to that email address. So, I wanna ask you for another issue what probably happened? why does the email doesn't sent to the valid email address inputted? Please your guide.

I do also have tried to login with fake password and then click menu "forgot password", then I input the valid email address and then click button "SEND PASSWORD" but the system shows "please enter valid email address", what probably happen with it? Please help me solve this issue. Thank you.

Okay, there must be an issue with the mail component.

We have made updates to mail component, code-base will be available in a weeks time. If you need a quick fix, contact us at support@sentrifugo.com.

Hi, We currently don't have the Attendance module in Sentrifugo. There is no tentative date as of now, however we do intend to have it in our future releases.

How do we change the head of the organisation. I had to put in a random employee as the head of organisation. Now I want to change it but no matter how many ways I've tried, it continuously gives me errors.
How do we grant leaves to employees?

Hi,

You can change the organization head by going to: HR -> Employees -> click on the edit option against the current Organization Head's name. Beside the name, you will find an option 'Change Organization Head'. After clicking on it, it will take you to a screen with the following two drop down menu options:

Assign a reporting manager to the current Organization Head.
Select the new Organization Head from existing employees or create a new employee

You can allocate leaves by going to: Human Resources -> Employees -> click on the edit option against the employee's name -> select the option 'Leaves' on the left hand side column. You can then add or remove leaves for that particular employee.

ours is a small organization with about 50 employees. I have tried a few opensource hr management softwares/services but have liked sentrifugo over the others. Can you please tell me when the payroll module will be available. And how do I update the system, when a new feature or module is available, because I am planning to implement this in our office.

Hello Sapplica,

You have an amazing product.

I am interested in the payroll feature, do you have and estimate time of when it'll be available. In the payroll configuration, it would be interesting to have a feature that accounts for remuneration that is based on (PAYE) taxation, such as deductions of PAYE that are arranged in groups as example below:

$10,165 - $19,741 15%
$19,741 - $29,317 20%
$29,317 - $38,893 25%
$38,893 and Above 30%

I'm trying to set up the site so that everyone's attendance can be taken each day, I have made different attendance status in the HR tab, but I would like to be able to set each employee under me's attendance status each morning. Is that possible?

Can you please provide the details of when would the payroll feature be introduced in the application. I'm specifically interested in generating and sending the payslips to the employee automatically or either on request.

Dear Sentrifugo Team, Hey i was looking into sentrifugo and in that i want to provide leave request of an employee to multiple persons instead of just to reporting manager like i want to give permission to members of an organization like HR and persons which have a position above to the reporting manager.So, that they can also approve or reject leave of an employee in absence of reporting manager.

It's really surprising that there is absolutely no response from the team on whether payroll is on the road-map or people should look elsewhere if they want payroll. Payroll is such an integral component of HRMS and I would really appreciate if the team can just confirm - either a yes or no on whether they have plans for adding payroll module in the product

Good news....due to the high demand of the payroll module in sentrifugo, my team are close to completing the payroll module integration. we have been working on this for the past 2 months and set to finish integration by end of august 2018
