I am not able to see the HR Manager in select HR Manager dropdown.

I have already added an HR Manager but its not showing up.

Please let me know how to proceed.

Kindly log into the application as Super Admin and update any one of the records in 'Roles & Privileges'. ​ Path: HR -> Roles and Privileges.

Selected Business Units, Departments and Year but nothing happens after that.

@sapplica Yes employees were added to both business units and departments.

I did find that I was getting a 503 error on Organization > Business Units I don't know if that's related, everything else I've checked seems to be working.

Hi @chadtomlinson This error usually occurs when employees are not added to the selected department. We request you to check if employees have been added to the departments mentioned in the screenshot. Thank you.

I updated the HR Manager Role (Path: HR -> Roles and Privileges) but HR Manager drop down is not showing me our hr manager in it.

Adding HR manager for leave management took me long time to resolve. Sentrifugo is designed in a way that requires HR manager for each department. The work around solution is, create a dummy employee for each department and name it anything like SalesHR , OperationsHR, etc, while creating the employee make his role as HR Manager. Then go to leave management and assign to each department accordingly. Nothing to worry as the leave requests after that will go to the line manager of the employee as normal and he can approve it normally and the Actual HR Admin account also will be able to approve. Hope this helps everyone facing the same issue.

I'm facing an issue with leaves, in my country as per the labor law the employee is entitled for 30 days leave (Calendar days) not working days. When any of the employees apply for the leave Sentrifugo doesn't count the weekends as part of the leave although I marked Skip holidays option. Skip holiday works with holidays only but not with weekends. Any idea?
