User management privilege by business unit

Hello there,

I am new to Sentrifugo and at first glance it is great application. I am trying to learn and use it for a non profit organization. I went through the user guide but could not figure out USER level management. I would like to know more about user management and privileges for each group/role. I have several business unit and one HR Manager for each business unit. is it possible to separate and make sure one business unit HR Manager do not have access to another business unit?

I am using the latest version 3.2

@Rajesh-Raut Hi Rajesh, The HR Manager role gives the user to see the details and the leaves of all employees and all business units. HOWEVER, only 1 HR Manager can be assigned per department (or per business unit if you wish) who will be able to APPROVE/REJECT/CANCEL employee leaves of the respective department(s).

Another interesting role is the "Management", which is the only role that 1) can be the org head, 2) can have direct reports from different departments.

The Employee, Manager, Team-Leader roles are more-or-less the same, unless you give them different permissions in "HR>>Roles". So it's basically the HR Manager, and Management roles that have special built in tricks. Everything else you can set yourself in Roles.

Thanks for reply and giving me better understanding of the roles. Is there any possibility to not allow one HR Manager to limit view access to only his/her Unit/Department?

I am using Sentrifugo for the first time and the topic was quite long ago. I am wondering who could approve request for Management level, and why Manager level is not able to approve any request. Hope to get resolution from your exp.
