Adding custom field to Employee Profile in Sentrifugo 3.2 #259

Hi. I'm fairly new to Zend Framework and Sentrifugo. I was able to add a field in Official Tab of Add Employee function, I also added a column on the main_employees and main_employees_summary tables for the new field. Plus I have edited the employeescontroller file but when I try to add a new employee it just shows me a black white screen or sometimes it will just flash a loading screen and then disappear.

Can you tell me what files should I edit and what did I miss? Thanks

I was able to customize sentrifugo with 80 custom fields , there are lot more files need to touch apart from what you mentioned over there
