Sentrifugo approve level issue #360

Hi Githup community,

I am using Sentrifugo for the first time and the topic was quite long ago. I am stuck at several points as follows:

  1. Approver for Management level. I am wondering who could approve request for Management level,
  2. Why Manager level is not able to approve any request. (Based on some other advices, Manager level is able to approve the request of their direct employees. However, according to introduction documents of Sentrifugo, the Approvers is only Management level). It is quite confusing.
  3. Each business unit requires one different HR Manager. That means I have to create 4 HR Manager accounts for 4 business units. Why can't we use only one HR Manager for all business units?
