I have installed the latest version of Sentrifugo 3.2. My HR team has been adding new employees. The HR team has reported an issue that they are unable to see some of the employees which they have added. When I try to add the same employee again, I am getting an error that the "Email address already exist". But in the employees section, I am unable to see that employee. Can someone help me with this issue?
