password reset issue in sentrifugo HRMS application #47

User forgot password and trying use Forgot Password? during login by typing Employee ID as User Name but it throwing error message as " Problem sending email. Try again later".

Please help us how to reset users password.my email id govinda.raju@inknowtech.com forgot password error

Hi,

Kindly update your mail settings through the Super Admin account.

Go to: User menu on top right corner -> Mail Settings

@sapplica I tried your advice but on Super admin, When I change information i get "Invalid Parameters". How to solve? Do i change authentication type to false also? capture
