Restriction on Leave Applying. #70

There should be restriction on apply leave for next year in case the leaves are not allocated for next year. (e.g) System should not allow to apply to leaves to 2017 during 2016 if HR have not allocated leaves for 2017.

@CarBee Thank you for letting us know about the issue, we apologize for the inconvenience. We are working on the issue and will be resolved in the upcoming release.

We should have also a report on Leaves on How much leaves applied in each month for the given year and how much leaves was carry forward. This will really help HR to keep track in a consolidated way.

The System doesn't allow to Enter Leaves for 2016 if i apply leaves on 2nd Jan 2017. It shows "You have not been allotted leaves for this financial year. Please contact your HR.". Please fix the same.

Is it possible to apply leave for next year. As of now I am getting error message " Leave cannot be applied for future year".

@CarBee : did you able to resolve the issue for editing the future leaves ?

@sapplica : If I am wrong correct me ? I am guessing that if I will try to apply for the leaves in HRMS after 31st December 2017, then it will show me 2018 as allotted year or it is configured for 2017 only. Please assist me how can I edit the "Allotted Year" to future year ?

Hi,

@sshakyawar We regret to inform you, that you cannot allocate leaves for the future year 2018. You can manually allocate leaves for 2018 only after entering into the year 2018, then the employee will be able to apply for leave in 2018. Thank you!
