Upgrade JQM and jquery core #16

Upgrading jquery core to 1.8.2 throws an "unrecongized syntax error" when opening a dialog for deleting a favorite.

This is a compatability bug between JQM and Jquery core. Recommend waiting until this is resolved by JQM.
