I am trying to adapt FastVifi, having gotten an okay sense of ViFi, i am curious what exactly is the benefit of fastViFi? What differences are there between the two tools beyond the obvious?
Particularly, I was utilizing the 'toy' example from ViFi on FastVifi and hte original. I found that the original vifi will result in 943 integration sites found for hpv, but FastVifi finds 886. Is kraken somehow making this less sensitive? What was the purpose of the move to FastVifi.?
Also, I'd like to note that for some reason I cannot get the example that is provided by FastViFi working, but when I use the original toy example it works.
